Senior UX Researcher

Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic UX Researcher to join our team driving the Next Generation SharePoint (NGSP) experience. NGSP is a major redesign of SharePoint making it more intuitive, AI-powered, and scenario-driven. You’ll help shape how users Discover, Publish, and Build within SharePoint, influencing everything from site creation to intelligent content delivery.

As a Senior UX Researcher , you’ll lead human-centered strategy, set product direction, and integrate insights into product development. You’ll work across disciplines to fill knowledge gaps, prioritize inclusion, identify risks, and deliver actionable insights that represent the voice of our customers.
