s : Create, edit & optimize CNC / VMC programs for precision machinin

g.Interpret engineering drawings & plan machining sequence

s.Handle machine setup, offsets, tool selection, and first-piece inspectio

n.Troubleshoot and improve cycle times, accuracy & surface finis

h.Requirement

s : Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical or related fiel

d.Min. 3 years of CNC / VMC programming & operation experienc

e.Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and controllers (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi

ons.Prepare and maintain documentation as per MSME and Aerospace customer standa

rds.Conduct & coordinate ISO 9001 / AS9100 internal & external aud

ent.Review & approve FAIR, PPAP, process validation and ensure full traceabil

ity.Utilize and maintain CMM, Profile Projector, Contour Measuring Instruments, and Surface Roughness Test

ers.Liaise with customers / vendors for NCR resolution and quality improvem

ent.Drive Continuous Improvement, CAPA, and 5S initiati

ves.Requireme

nts : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineer

ing.3–5 years of QC experience in precision / aerospace / automotive manufactur

ing.Familiar with ISO 9001 : 2015, AS9100D, and (optionally) NADCAP proces

lls.Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems & Quality Tools (7QC, RCA, Pareto, e

ealth.Ensure proper documentation of production reports, rework, and rejection

logs.Implement 5S, Lean, and safety practices on the shop

floor.Coordinate with Quality & Planning teams for smooth production
