Position Overview :

  • We are seeking a skilled VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Programmer and Setter to join our manufacturing team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, particularly in programming and setting up VMCs.
  • They will be responsible for translating engineering drawings into machine programs, setting up tooling and fixtures, and ensuring the efficient operation of the VMC to meet production requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Program VMCs using CAM software based on engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Set up VMC machines including loading materials, fixtures, and tooling.
  • Conduct tool changes, offsets, and adjustments.
