VMC / HMC Programmer

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate VMC and HMC machines for trial and production runs.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and parameters to optimize machining processes.
• Develop, calibrate, and optimize CNC programs for Horizontal Machining Centers using G-code and M-code.
• Conduct first-off part validations and prove-outs to ensure quality and precision.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and ensure smooth production flow.
• Maintain work area and machinery to comply with safety and quality standards.
