Role Overview :

Lead and accelerate business growth by acquiring premium clients in the premium advertising sector, specializing in brand films and product launch campaigns. Drive international expansion, forge high-value partnerships, and position the studio at the forefront of global creative film production.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, engage, and secure business from top-tier brands and agencies for ad film, product launch, and brand film projects.

Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives targeting international markets.

Build and nurture relationships with C-level decision-makers in advertising, gaming, and episodic segments worldwide.

Collaborate with creative and production teams to tailor pitches for high-impact campaigns.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure distinction and leadership.

Achieve quarterly and annual growth targets for revenue and new client acquisition.

Expand into new market segments—including gaming and episodic content—leveraging past international business development experience.

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years’ recent business development experience in an advertising film production studio. and at least overall 10-12 years of sales experience.

Proven record of generating premium business from international clients in automotive, advertising, gaming, or episodic verticals.

Exceptional networking, pitching, and negotiation skills with global brands.

Results-driven, strategic thinker, and passionate about creativity and innovation in brand storytelling.
