Pricing, Valuations and Reference Data (PVR)  suite of products includes Bond Pricing, Securitized Pricing, Portfolio Valuations, Totem and Bond / CDS Reference Data.

Equities & Analytics Products (EAP)  offerings include Exchange & Benchmark Services, Dividend Forecasting, Securities Finance & Trading Analytics.

Private Markets & Assessments  provides Private Valuations, Scorecards & QVal.

Financial Risk Analytics (FRA)  for the buy-side and sell-side.

Position summary

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual with an interest in financial administration.  The individual will be responsible for preparing volume-based invoices for clients across products within DVR. Charges for these services are based on each client's actual usage and bespoke client contracts. Invoice data is compiled each month from various Markit systems within the product team prior to being passed to Finance for general accounting. Other duties will include administrative tasks including MIS, monitoring new contracts and client queries. The individual will be required to work a late shift pattern.

Duties & accountabilities

Compilation of raw invoice data.

Identification of new usage and insertion of new configuration data from contract documents.

Liaising with the operational teams to address specific questions about client usage.

Submission of clean invoice data to Finance systems (SAP / CPQ).

Use of SAP / CPQ to review invoice details for all clients.

Production of credit notes.

Preparation of MIS for product management.

Response to client enquiries on invoices, including the provision of supplementary data.

Updating Billing procedures and client contract details.

Confidence with standard office software tools, and an ability to learn new operational tasks quickly
