Principal SRE Operations Engineer

Role and Responsibilities :

• Architecting pipelines, solutions, and key processes for SRE Operations
• Driving key company initiatives using data, technology, and skill
• Participate in executive level conversations and sessions
• Continuously develop team skills and technological proficiency
• Effectively drive cross team / department projects to completion
• Develops and maintains knowledge management articles

Job Requirement :

Bachelorsdegree in technology, math or engineering disciplines or equivalent work experience

8+ years experience architecting and developing reliability based solutions, automation, tooling, and / or pipelines in a scripting language (Powershell preferred)

6+ years of experience with the following technologies Windows Server Administration, PowerShell, IIS, Amazon Web Services / Azure / GCP

3+ years experience developing solutions for containerized solutions such as Kubernetes, AWS ECS, or similar

3+ years experience developing with the following technologies; Database (SQL / Postgres Preferred), Networking, IaC tooling (Terraform preferred), Linux, .NET core, Configuration Management

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience

Excellent mentorship and leadership skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

High level ofanalytical and critical thinking skills
