Website : Role Purpose :

We are looking for an HR Executive with a background in Industrial / Organizational Psychology to support talent acquisition, candidate assessment, and HR processes. The role will help make recruitment structured, fair, and aligned with organizational goals while applying behavioral science insights.

Key Responsibilities :

• Recruitment & Candidate Management : Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical positions; maintain ATS and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Behavioral Assessment : Apply psychological principles to map traits, design behavioral questions, and support structured evaluations during hiring.
• Communication & Outreach : Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers; conduct calls and coordinate interviews.
• HR Operations Support : Assist in process adherence, documentation, and maintaining HR records.
• Bias Control & Fair Practices : Ensure assessments and interviews follow fair, unbiased procedures.
