We are looking for an HR Executive with a background in Industrial / Organizational Psychology to support talent acquisition, candidate assessment, and HR processes. The role will help make recruitment structured, fair, and aligned with organizational goals while applying behavioral science insights.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Candidate Management :
Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical positions; maintain ATS and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Behavioral Assessment :
Apply psychological principles to map traits, design behavioral questions, and support structured evaluations during hiring.
Communication & Outreach :
Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers; conduct calls and coordinate interviews.
HR Operations Support :
Assist in process adherence, documentation, and maintaining HR records.
Bias Control & Fair Practices :
Ensure assessments and interviews follow fair, unbiased procedures.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology (Industrial / Organizational Psychology preferred).
Basic understanding of psychometrics (reliability, validity, inter-rater consistency).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort with behavioral observation, structured note-taking, and digital tools (Google Sheets, Forms, ATS).
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Skills :
Prior experience in HR or recruitment with exposure to behavioral assessments.
Knowledge of competency-based interviews and structured evaluation techniques.
Analytical mindset with ability to link candidate traits to performance potential.
