Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled

Infra Manager - IT

to lead our IT infrastructure initiatives. The role involves end-to-end management of IT infra, including networks, servers, cloud, endpoint security, compliance, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead IT infrastructure management, security, and endpoint administration.

Develop and implement IT infra strategies, SOPs, and policies.

Ensure compliance with SEBI and regulatory IT governance.

Manage MSPs for effective service delivery.

Plan and execute patch management (ManageEngine Endpoint Central).

Coordinate & remediate VAPT findings.

Design and maintain disaster recovery (DR) and BCP plans.

Manage IT asset lifecycle, procurement, and licensing.

Handle servers, switches, firewalls, storage, and virtualization.

Manage cloud infra (AWS, Office 365, VMware).

Implement endpoint security (Trend Micro, SIEM, Sectona PAM, Dark Web Monitoring).

Support cybersecurity audits (ISO, SEBI, SOC 2).

Required Skills & Experience :

MCA / BE (Computers).

10–12 years in IT Infra management with 3+ years in managerial roles.

Expertise in storage, networks, servers, backup, DR.

Strong hands-on with firewalls (Sophos, Fortinet), Cisco switches, AD, DNS / DHCP.

Cloud experience (AWS, Office 365, VMware) preferred.

Knowledge of databases, web / app servers an advantage.

Strong project management, process automation, and compliance exposure.
