Skills : Service Delivery Manager with L1 / L2 support. Required : 5+ years.
Responsibilities :
- Applying IT project management methodology and appropriate frameworks.
- Developing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for third-party installers.
- Initiating, planning, executing, and closing all project deliverables successfully.
- Managing overall project planning, execution, and delivery, including defining scope, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and success measures.
- Developing project estimates and plans for end-to-end execution.
- Ensuring business requirements are accurately and completely captured.
- Creating and maintaining project documentation.
- Facilitating day-to-day coordination while adhering to standards and sponsor expectations.
- Acting as a liaison between assigned project resources and key stakeholders.
- Ensuring project closure, including lessons learned and required documentation.
- Tracking project status and managing issues and risks, including monitoring progress / quality and issue resolution.
- Assessing gaps and developing action plans to address them.
- Monitoring financial delivery and issue management processes.
- Promoting and monitoring compliance activities with audit and information policies.
- Developing robust project risk management plans to ensure timely delivery, testing, and commissioning without impacting business continuity.
- Reviewing and following through on action items from design / construction meetings.
- Reporting project progress to the leadership team.
