Client Solutions Manager

Job Purpose :

To identify, develop, and manage business opportunities for poles (lighting poles, transmission poles, streetlight poles, or related infrastructure products). The Sales Engineer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Development

• Identify and develop new customers in the target markets — EPC contractors, government departments, municipalities, and infrastructure companies.
• Generate leads through site visits, cold calls, networking, and participation in industry events.
• Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, and tenders in coordination with the design and estimation team.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications & Experience :
