Payment Specialist [26 / 10 / 2025]

We are hiring for a Payments Specialist

Experience : 12 + years

Location : Hyderabad, work from the office

Shifts : General

Notice : Immediate to 15 Days

Professional Experience :

12+ years of experience in the payments industry in a product, operations, or technical role.

Deep Payments Expertise : expert-level knowledge of multiple global payment systems is non-negotiable. This must include deep familiarity with :

• Cross-border payments ad correspondent banking (e.g.,
• SWIFT
• messaging and standards).
• Domestic ACH / RTGS systems e.g., SEPA, Faster Payments, FedWire).
• API-based Payment Providers :
• Proven experience integrating with modern, API-first payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, Wise, CurrencyCloud).
• Financial Messaging : Deep understanding of financial messaging standards such as ISO 20022 and ISO 8583.
• Systems Thinking : The ability to understand and design complex, end-to-end payment flows across multiple internal and external systems.
• Stakeholder Management : A proven track record of working effectively with technical teams, treasury departments, and external banking partners.
