Job Title : Project Manager

Experience : 10-14 years

Language Requirement : Proficiency in German

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency in German.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead project planning sessions.

Coordinate staff and internal resources.

Manage project progress and adapt work as required.

Ensure projects meet deadlines.

Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.

Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff.

Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.

Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field.

10-14 years of project management experience.

Proficiency in German

Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

Experience in managing large, complex projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with project management software tools.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
