Job Description

• Lead end-to-end execution of debt capital raising
• Develop and deepen investor coverage - with a key focus on Family Offices, Mutual Funds, AIFs, and Treasuries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, treasury, and strategy teams for optimal pricing and structuring.
• Track market trends, assess investor appetite, and position the NBFC's issuances accordingly.
• Maintain strong regulatory understanding (SEBI, RBI) and ensure compliance with all capital market norms.

The Successful Applicant

• 4-10 years of experience in DCM, Investment Banking, or Treasury with demonstrated fundraising execution.
• Strong relationships with Family Offices, Mutual Funds, and fixed income investors.
• Experience in structuring NCDs, MLDs, securitisation, and other credit instruments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with deep understanding of NBFC balance sheets and credit evaluation.
