Role Summary :

We are seeking a high-potential professional to support deal structuring, capital raising, and financial analysis for large-scale AI Data Centre and Clean Energy projects . This role will focus on building financial models, preparing investment materials, coordinating due diligence, and supporting leadership in transaction execution and investor engagement .

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project finance, investment banking, or infrastructure funds , with a passion for enabling the growth of digital and sustainable infrastructure

Key Tasks and Accountability :

Deal Structuring & Execution :

• Support team in structuring equity, debt, and hybrid financing solutions.
• Build and maintain robust financial models for projects and transactions.
• Assist in the preparation and review of term sheets, contracts, and transaction documents.
• Conduct benchmarking, valuation analysis, and scenario modeling.

Fundraising & Reporting :

Prepare investment materials including pitch decks and project information memorandum.

Market & Project Analysis

Qualifications & Experience :

Education : Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline; MBA, CFA, or CA is a plus.

Experience : 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, private equity, or corporate finance .,

Industry Knowledge : Exposure to infrastructure, energy, or technology projects is desirable.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to analyse complex financial and market data, identify trends, and propose strategic financing solutions.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively.
