We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Manager to join our team in Mumbai India. As the Outlet Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlet ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth in one of Indias most vibrant cities.
- Manage all aspects of the outlets operations including staff supervision customer service and financial performance
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
- Create and maintain high standards of food quality presentation and service
- Recruit train and mentor team members to build a high-performing and motivated staff
- Oversee inventory management cost control and budgeting to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations health codes and company policies
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items and promotional offerings that cater to local tastes and trends
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment for staff and guests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the Mumbai market
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B management preferably in a luxury property or high-volume outletBachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related fieldProven track record of driving customer satisfaction and financial performance in the food and beverage industryStrong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff in a diverse work environmentExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer serviceHighly organized with strong planning and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectivelyProficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systemsSolid understanding of food and beverage cost control budgeting and financial managementIn-depth knowledge of food safety regulations health codes and Indian labor lawsInnovative mindset with the ability to create and implement new ideas to drive business growthExcellent communication skills both verbal and written with fluency in English and preferably HindiAbility to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment typical of Mumbais hospitality sceneFamiliarity with local food and beverage trends in Mumbai and the ability to incorporate them into the outlets offeringsFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs in a diverse metropolitan settingGoal-oriented with a focus on results and continuous improvement in a competitive marketRemote Work : No
