Property Spotters is a fast-growing real estate startup on a mission to bring trust, data, and transparency into India's real estate market. We're now looking for a marketing strategy manager who can own our digital growth engine end-to-end, from performance marketing to automation to analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance marketing :
• Plan, execute, and scale Meta Ads campaigns (lead gen, retargeting, lookalikes).
• Manage budgets, track CAC / ROI, and optimize continuously.
• SEO & organic growth :
• Build long-term traffic through keyword research, content optimization, and backlinks.
• Collaborate with content & tech teams to push ranking results.
• Sales intelligence & outreach :
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build target lists of NRIs, CXOs, and HNIs.
• Design and execute outreach campaigns with measurable conversions.
• Automation & integrations :
• Set up WhatsApp API campaigns, CRM workflows, and integrations that speed up lead nurturing and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the sales team to shorten conversion cycles.
• Data & reporting :
• Build dashboards and presentations to track performance across channels.
• Translate data into actionable insights for the leadership team.
• Competitive & market analysis :
• Stay on top of digital marketing trends in real estate and adjacent sectors.
• Benchmark against competitors to identify gaps and new opportunities.
• Create PPTs for clients to present insights and strategies.
• Update listing platform databases with relevant information.
• Perform additional analysis to support marketing and business decisions.
