Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and administer company payroll, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Collect, consolidate, and validate payroll inputs from factories / ESS before sending to the vendor.
- Review draft payroll, tax, and statutory deductions as per Indian law.
- Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, PT) and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Prepare and verify Full & Final (F&F) settlements and payments.
- Share tax declaration info, collect proofs, issue Form 16, and manage employee reimbursements.
- Generate MIS reports, payroll analytics, and dashboards; standardize reports for decision-making.
- Reconcile monthly payroll, calculate and deposit TDS, and check quarterly / annual returns.
- Submit JV and payroll provisions to Finance; manage statutory audits and liaise with government agencies.
- Maintain company loan and advances data.
Essentials :
Education : Graduation is must, but MBA Preferred
Experience : At least 6 years in handling Payroll
