We are looking for a Manager – Performance Marketing to join our dynamic team and drive

measurable business growth. This role demands a balance of strategic thinking and hands-

on execution across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, You Tube, Amazon Ads, and other e Commerce ad platforms.

Drive growth and strategy for digital presence across online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket, etc.).

Monitor and analyze campaign data to achieve KPI goals (ROAS, CTR, CAC, LTV), making real-time optimizations.

Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets tailored to audience segments.

Conduct A / B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously improve outcomes.

Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to keep campaigns competitive.

Manage and track budgets with efficiency, ensuring optimal ROI.

Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience :

5–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and e Commerce platforms expertise required).

Strong knowledge of digital metrics, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Marketing Console), and attribution models.

Proven track record of managing large-scale ad budgets and delivering measurable results.

Experience in driving growth strategies for online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Experience in A / B testing, segmentation, and funnel optimization.

Strong collaboration skills to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Passion for plant-based nutrition, wellness, or sustainability is a strong plus.
