What You’ll Be Doing :
- Identify and approach potential clients interested in buying and selling properties.
- Stay informed about real estate trends and market conditions to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Organise and conduct property viewings and site visits, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair and profitable agreements for all parties involved.
- Prepare and manage the necessary paperwork related to property transactions, including contracts and agreements.
- As the requirement indicated, we need to be on-site every week to meet clients, visit properties, and close deals.
- Maintain relationships with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Skills That Make You a Great Fit :
Minimum 2-5 years in sales, preferably in the real estate sector (Mandatory)A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Own vehicle (Mandatory)Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Highly driven and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.Details
