Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Lease and Sale Management
• Lease or sale of Yadgiri Industrial Land.
• Lease of Bidadi Facility.
• Lease of Bommasandra Facility.
• Compliance and Legal Coordination
• Coordinate with lawyers and local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Business Development and Transaction Management
• Lead business development and client relationship activities.
• Oversee transaction management.
• Budgeting and planning.
• Conduct monthly lease premise site visits.
• Conduct safety audits every six months with the nominated lessee responsible.
• Facility Management
• Oversee repair and maintenance.
• Ensure security of the premises.
• Manage monthly billing (Rent, CAM, Power, and water)—both raising and collection.
• Client Engagement
• Ensure optimum client service delivery through :
• Calls, meetings, site visits, and presentations.
• Timely and accurate submission of proposals.
• Active follow-ups and overall governance during execution.
