Job Summary

The Healthcare Advertising Account Manager will oversee and execute cutting-edge advertising campaigns tailored to the healthcare clients. This role involves managing client relationships, developing science-backed strategic plans, and delivering creative campaigns that align with clients and BelieveTrinity Health’s innovative approach and rigorous standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and a strong understanding of healthcare marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring their advertising objectives align with our strategic vision.

Campaign Development : Collaborate with creative, scientific, and strategic teams to design and execute innovative advertising campaigns that leverage deep science and unrivalled creativity.

Strategic Planning : Develop data-driven advertising strategies that reflect client goals, healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA), and BelieveTrinity Health’s commitment to transformative marketing.

Budget Oversight : Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing resources to deliver high-impact results within financial constraints.

Performance Analysis : Track and analyze campaign performance using advanced metrics, providing clients with actionable, science-backed insights for optimization.

Compliance & Quality Control : Ensure all advertising materials meet healthcare regulatory standards, brand guidelines, and the firm’s high creative standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (e.g., creative, medical , and marketing strategy) to deliver cohesive, innovative campaigns.

Market Research : Stay ahead of healthcare industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging advertising technologies to inform campaign innovation.

Qualifications

Education : MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field. A background in healthcare or science-related fields is a plus.

Experience :

3+ years of experience in advertising or account management, ideally within healthcare or a related industry.

Proven success in managing creative and strategic advertising campaigns.

Skills :

Strong understanding of healthcare and its marketing regulations.

Exceptional project management and organizational skills to handle fast-paced, innovative campaigns.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.

Proficiency in advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).

Ability to blend strategic marketing with creative storytelling and scientific rigor.

Preferred :

Experience in a healthcare-focused advertising agency or innovative marketing firm.

Knowledge of digital marketing trends, including programmatic advertising, SEO / SEM, or data-driven marketing.

Certification in marketing, advertising, or data analytics (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot).
