Key Responsibilities :
1. Talent Acquisition :
- Ensure efficient hiring processes from job requisition to candidate acceptance.
- Reduce turnaround time for closing positions.
2. Custodian Ownership :
Develop and maintain job descriptions and training programs.Maintain KRA & KPI sheets for all employees.Collect onboarding feedback from new joiners.3. Employee Engagement :
Design and implement engagement surveys.Track absenteeism and retention through employee data.Ensure regular communication about wellness and engagement initiatives.4. Training & Development :
Identify training needs across departments.Design and deliver targeted training programs to bridge skill gaps.5. Policies & Procedures :
Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.Review and update policies annually.6. Induction & Onboarding :
Conduct induction sessions for new employees.Share HR policies work culture and expectations during onboarding.Monitor timely performance evaluations of new hires.7. Performance Management System (PMS) :
Align employee goals with company objectives.Manage PMS cycle and resolve disputes if any.Requirements :
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.3-4 years of relevant HR experience.Strong interpersonal analytical and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.Key Skills
