Your work profile

As a Director in our Mergers and Acquisitions Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations : -

• Advisory in Corporate Restructuring which may involve Merger, Demerger & Capital Reduction
• Advising in pre and post-Merger, Integration
• Advising on possible funding options and cash repatriation options available for making inbound investment in India from a tax and regulatory perspective
• Undertaking comparative analysis of investment jurisdictions for overseas clients for proposed acquisition in India
• Advising on possible options available for consolidating business operations with in India
• Examine stamp duty implications in various states in case of merger and computed estimated stamp duty cost thereon
• Advise on income tax implications in case of
