Job Description :
We are seeking an ambitious and accomplished Director of Sales to drive strategic growth with enterprise clients.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be at the forefront of identifying, developing, and closing high-impact sales opportunities in Healthcare & Life Sciences.
In this role, you will craft and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our mission of empowering clients through transformative technology solutions.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strategic mindset someone who thrives in full-cycle enterprise sales, owns the number, and knows how to open doors, navigate complex organizations, and close multi-tower consulting deals.
What You Will Own :
- Own and deliver on an annual revenue quota across your portfolio
- Full-cycle sales responsibility : prospecting discovery solution alignment proposal negotiation close
- Grow a defined account portfolio and penetrate new stakeholders across commercial, R&D, digital, and IT functions
- Drive pipeline generation through outbound motions, industry events, referrals, and ecosystem partnerships
- Expand business with existing clients through renewals, cross-sell, and multi-tower expansion
- Represent Teqfocus in the HLS market with strong account mapping, deal strategy, and value articulation
- Align with Delivery, Pre-sales, and Leadership teams to ensure high-quality pursuits and predictable close cycles
What You Bring :
10+ years of enterprise sales experience selling technology or consulting services into Healthcare & Life SciencesProven quota attainment in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsDeep network across pharma, biotech, medtech, or healthcare systems, with the ability to open doors and build trust quicklyExpertise across full-cycle sales prospecting, deal strategy, solution positioning, SOW creation, negotiation, and closureHigh executive presence with excellent communication skills and confidence in C-suite conversationsAbility to lead cross-functional pursuits with delivery, pre-sales, and solution architects to shape winning proposalsWhy Teqfocus :
