Job Title : Freelance Talent Sourcing Specialist
Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition : Utilize various platforms and networks to identify potential candidates, focusing on passive talent.
- Candidate Evaluation : Assess resumes, portfolios, and applications to determine qualified candidates. Conduct initial screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Liaison : Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and project requirements, providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Contract Negotiation : Facilitate negotiations between clients and freelancers, ensuring compliance with legal and payment terms.
- Market Intelligence : Stay current with trends in the gig economy and freelance market, advising clients on competitive compensation packages and talent trends.
