Talent Acquisition Specialist

This full-time remote role involves sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Key responsibilities include creating and executing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and delivering a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. A strong understanding of recruitment strategies and candidate pipeline management is essential. The position also requires exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

• Experience in creative industry recruitment is advantageous
• Able to identify high-potential candidates (top 0.1% of talent)
