We're seeking an experienced technical recruiter to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a startup or agency environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the full hiring cycle, from sourcing to closing. This includes building systems that assess skills and mindset, creating pipelines for engineers who solve real problems, and designing a hiring process that filters for long-term contributors.
