Self-motivated and able to work independently. Experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, consulting, or staffing industries. Knowledge of email outreach and multi-channel lead generation. About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and engaging with potential leads through LinkedIn to build strong business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Research and identify target prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to prospects.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
- Develop outreach strategies to increase response and conversion rates.
- Track and report lead generation performance using CRM or spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the sales / marketing team to refine messaging and targeting.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithms, best practices, and trends.
