Responsibilities
Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
Research and identify potential clients in target markets using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other tools.
Generate high-quality leads through outbound emails, cold calls, and online engagement.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients for recruitment services.
Qualify leads by understanding client hiring needs and requirements.
Work closely with the Business Development team to set up meetings or calls with prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using CRM tools.
Monitor industry trends and hiring patterns to discover new lead opportunities.
Assist in creating lead generation strategies and campaigns.
