About the Brand :

A fast-evolving sports entertainment company building a new-age wrestling IP in India through live events, digital content, athlete storytelling, and fan-driven engagement. We’re expanding our commercial division and seeking a senior sponsorship leader to drive high-value brand alliances.

Role Overview :

We’re hiring a Seasoned Sponsorships & Partnerships Professional (10+ years experience) to lead brand collaborations, event sponsorships, and strategic alliances across digital and on-ground properties.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead partnership strategy, outreach, pitch, negotiation, and closing of brand sponsorships.
• Build and maintain a strong network with marketing heads, brand alliance leaders, and agency partners.
• Develop sponsorship decks, pitch positioning, and brand integration plans tailored to partner objectives.
• Align with creative and production teams to deliver impact-driven brand activations and digital integrations.
• Ensure partner servicing, performance reporting, and renewal conversations are executed with clarity and value delivery.

You’ve worked on major sports / leagues, OTT IPs, gaming / esports events, or youth-culture brand tie-ups.
