SCCM Professional

We are seeking a skilled SCCM Professional to understand customer requirements, architecture, and configured functionalities within SCCM. You will be responsible for the configuration of SCCM components and client settings, Operating System Deployment, and software / patch management. This role involves compliance reporting, providing post-migration support, and working in a global delivery environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Understand customer requirements for SCCM , including current architecture, configured functionalities, Patch management, and software distribution processes.
• Configure SCCM components and client settings .
• Perform Operating System Deployment (OSD) using SCCM .
• Manage the deployment of software and software updates using SCCM .
• Generate compliance reporting and establish enhanced processes for Software / OS updates and patches.
• Provide support for post-migration issues .
• Generate weekly migration status reports .
• Collaborate effectively in a diverse team with multiple stakeholders.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve SCCM-related issues.
