Your Role

• Design, implement, and administer ManageEngine monitoring environments across enterprise IT infrastructure. Deploy, configure, maintain, and optimize tools such as Op Manager, Applications Manager, and Network Configuration Manager to ensure robust monitoring and performance visibility.
• Customize monitoring configurations, thresholds, and alerting rules to proactively detect and resolve issues across servers, networks, and applications.
• Integrate ManageEngine tools with ITSM platforms and automation frameworks to streamline operations and enhance incident response.
• Maintain configuration compliance, perform audits, and generate actionable insights through reporting and analysis.

The Marketing Cloud Developer is responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions that empower the Marketing teams to utilize the Marketing Cloud automation platform.

This position will support the email marketing team with building custom queries, email templates, amp script-based dynamic templates, automation jobs, and build out comprehensive customer journeys.
