Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly skilled Data & Excel Specialist with a strong background in B2B processes and data management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in advanced Excel functions, with experience handling large datasets, maintaining CRM systems, and supporting sales or operations in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and organize large sets of B2B data including leads, accounts, pricing, and product information.
- Use advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Power Query, macros, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data trackers for internal teams (sales, marketing, finance).
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CRM systems and internal databases.
- Assist in lead segmentation, targeting, and campaign performance analysis for B2B sales efforts.
- Support the sales and business development teams with custom reports, pricing sheets, and customer data.
- Clean, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
- Work cross-functionally to streamline processes and automate repetitive data tasks.
- Identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in a data-heavy role, preferably in a B2B environment .Expertise in Microsoft Excel is a must (including advanced formulas, data tools, and automation).Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio) is a plus.Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple data projects with tight deadlines.Nice to Have :
Experience working with ERP systems or business intelligence tools.Knowledge of SQL or scripting for data transformation.Understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead management, and revenue reporting.Experience in SaaS, manufacturing, logistics, or other B2B industries.
