SEO / SMO Responsibilities :
SEO (Analytical Side) :
- Keyword tracking & ranking reports for campaign-related terms.
- Monitor website / social traffic sources and CTR from organic posts.
- Audit SEO health of linked content (landing pages, microsites, YouTube, etc.).
- Suggest optimisation opportunities based on data.
SMO (Analytical Side) :
Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, saves, CTR, impressions).Run competitor benchmarking (how their content performs in search & social).Generate monthly insights on which hashtags, content types, or posting times yield the best performance.Recommend adjustments to improve campaign ROI.Baseline Setup (Month 1) : Establish key KPIs, dashboards, and benchmarks.Monthly Reports :Detailed analytics covering reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, follower growth, and SEO keyword performance.Visual dashboards (charts, graphs) for client-facing reports.Final 3-Month Report :Comprehensive review of all digital media KPIs.ROI & cost-benefit analysis of campaigns.Strategic recommendations for scaling.
