We’re looking for an experienced Factory Manager to join our growing team at NHB Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. , a trusted name in the nuts and dry fruits industry since 1997.
Our operations are expanding, and we’re looking for someone who can bring structure, efficiency, and modern systems to our factory setup.
Responsibilities :
- Implement and manage ERP systems to streamline operations
- Oversee inventory control, production planning, and dispatch
- Manage and train factory staff for efficiency and accountability
- Handle statutory and government reports / compliances
- Ensure smooth day-to-day factory operations and maintenance
