Role Overview :
The Director of Food & Beverage will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. This role demands a highly experienced leader passionate about luxury hospitality, innovative culinary concepts, and team development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive F&B strategies aligned with the hotel’s luxury brand standards.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the F&B team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences.
- Oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and special events.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety compliance.
- Drive revenue and manage costs effectively to maximize profitability.
- Foster relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local partners.
- Could you monitor guest feedback and implement improvements proactively?
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Innovate menu concepts and oversee marketing initiatives for F&B outlets.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience :
Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in luxury hotel F&B management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record of managing multiple outlets in high-end hospitality settings.Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and operational excellence.Ability to innovate and align F&B offerings with current trends.Fluency in English; additional languages (especially Hindi, Konkani) are a plus.Educational Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Culinary Arts, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.Personal Attributes :
