Description Title : Technology Pune

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Responsibilities :

• Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical expertise across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition, and design.
• Create high-level design artifacts and ensure technical excellence in deliverables.
• Deliver high-quality code for assigned modules and lead validation for all types of testing.
• Support implementation, transition, and warranty activities.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on complex requirements.
• Foster a collaborative learning culture where teamwork, diversity, and excellence are encouraged.
• Analyze system performance, identify gaps, and recommend Competencies :
• Strong experience in Java, JSP, XML, jQuery, Struts, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular 6, and Postgres / Oracle DB.
• Hands-on experience with Rules engine (Drools) and Messaging / Event Bus (Kafka).
• Familiarity with MVC, JDBC, Java GUI frameworks, and various design and architectural platforms.
• Expertise in object-oriented analysis, design patterns, and application development using Java platforms.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in client interaction and providing technical solutions in discussions with Skills :
• Team management and mentoring experience.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
