Bilingual Java Technical Lead

Job descriptionDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot. Implement best practices in coding, debugging, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices. Proficiency in SQL & MySQL (or other relational databases). Good understanding of Agile methodologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience :
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development with Japanese language expertise.
- Strong hands-on expertise in :
- Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
- SQL & MySQL (or other relational databases)
- Good knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
