Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in Mumbai- Thane, Noida - Sector - 50 & Delhi -Okhla Phase - 1 . The Call Center Agent will handle incoming calls, provide timely assistance to emergency medical requests, accurately document patient details, and dispatch ambulances promptly. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining communication with emergency response teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all calls are answered within a 30-second timeframe. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
