We’re Hiring : Remote Customer Service Executive (India-Based | U.S. Dental Practice)Location : Remote – Work from Home (India)Schedule : Monday to Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM CST (Evening Shift – India Time), Saturdays as neededSalary : Approx. ₹40,000 / monthCompany : U.S.-Based Dental OrganizationAbout the Role : We are looking for a professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our U.S.-based dental care and implant organization.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, managing communication, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams. You will be the first point of contact for patients, creating a positive and professional experience that reflects the quality of our dental practice.Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments in the system
  • Provide accurate information about treatments, insurance, and office policies
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
  • Coordinate with front desk, insurance, and clinical teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow up on treatment plans, recalls, and outstanding payments
  • Ensure all interactions meet company communication and service standards
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as needed
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based offices and teams

  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and phone systems
  • Preferred :

  • Experience in dental or medical industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of dental billing or practice management software
