Summary :

The Data Platform Engineer will contribute to the blueprint and design of data platform components. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Integration and Data Architects for system and data model integration, enhancing data architecture and platform functionality, and documenting best practices. The candidate is expected to operate independently, actively participate in team discussions, contribute to problem-solving, engage in continuous learning, and assist in documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Active participation in team discussions

Provide solutions to work-related problems

Continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends

Assist in documentation of processes and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting (minimum 3 years’ experience required)

Strong understanding of data integration techniques

Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services

Familiarity with database management systems and data modelling

Knowledge of data governance principles
