Middleware Specialist

Role : Middleware WAS Admin, BAW, SOA

Location : Chennai / Bangalore

Experience- 10-12 Years

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

1.Proven Hands on experience in WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, IBM MQ

2. Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics

3.Experience with load balancing and web servers

4.Strong knowledge of Linux / Unix System Administration and shell scripting

5.Automation skills using Ansible, Puppet, or similar configuration tools

Good-to-Have

1. Deep expertise in IBM MQ or equivalent messaging systems

2. Hands on experience with CI / CD, Dev Ops tools

3. Understanding of cloud environments and container technologies

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

Administering, configuring and troubleshoot Middleware platforms such as WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, IBM MQ

Manage and support enterprise application servers, including deployments, patching, tuning and capacity planning

Participate in incident management and root cause analysis for critical middleware related issues

Collaborate with infrastructure, application & development teams to support production and development environments

Support audit, compliance, and security initiatives related to middleware systems
