A Field Sales Officer
drives sales by directly interacting with clients in their environment generating leads through prospecting and networking presenting products negotiating deals and building lasting customer relationships
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting :
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling networking and market research.
Client Engagement :
Meet with potential and existing clients in their locations to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.
Product Demonstrations :
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to highlight benefits and value.
Negotiation & Closing :
Negotiate sales terms pricing and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent service and consistent follow-up.
Market Monitoring :
Keep informed about market trends competitor activities and new product offerings.
Reporting & Administration :
Prepare and submit sales activity reports maintain accurate customer databases and manage sales forecasts.
After-Sales Support :
Provide post-sale support address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints.
