Role & Responsibilities :

• Analyze existing and anticipated system software needs and provide recommendations to ensure alignment with the organization's evolving
• Serve as the SME for mainframe z / OS system programming, specializing in problem analysis and resolution.
• Offer expert-level support and mentorship to team members on technical matters.
• Review and propose updates to system software to ensure it supports both current operations and future organizational goals.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities & customer-focused support while resolving infrastructure and application issues on z / OS systems.
