Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Automation Specialist with strong expertise in automating mainframe operations, monitoring, and batch processes. The role requires in-depth knowledge of automation tools and the ability to design, implement, and support automation solutions that improve system reliability, efficiency, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automation scripts and jobs on mainframe environments.
• Work with automation tools such as CA OPS / MVS, REXX, IBM System Automation, Control-M, JCL, and CLIST .
• Troubleshoot automation-related issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and application teams to integrate automation solutions.
• Develop best practices and reusable automation frameworks for mainframe operations.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive automation to reduce manual interventions.
• Document automation processes, configurations, and standards.
