We're looking for a social media & client servicing manager who thrives on building relationships, thinks strategically about brand growth, and knows how to turn social media into meaningful conversations with customers.
You'll be the bridge between our FMCG, F&B, and retail brands and their audiences, managing both client expectations and community engagement with equal finesse.
Your day-to-day will include :
- Managing client relationships and ensuring seamless project delivery from brief to execution
- Developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness
- Creating content calendars and overseeing social media campaigns across platforms
- Coordinating with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns on time
- Analysing social media performance and presenting insights to clients
- Managing community engagement, responding to comments, and building brand conversations
- Staying ahead of social media trends and platform updates to keep our brands relevant
What we're looking for :
