We are hiring a Manager – Social Media to lead content and creative delivery for US-based small businesses.
You’ll ensure social content resonates with American audiences, meets quality standards, and drives measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do Build and enforce a robust content quality assurance system.
Evaluate content, including LLM outputs, for cultural and linguistic accuracy.
Provide targeted feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
Partner with Operations to resolve root causes of quality issues.
Handle client / partner quality escalations with confidence.
Lead training, refresher sessions, and hiring assessments.
Share quality and content performance insights with leadership.

Detail-oriented with strong appreciation of US culture and conversational nuance.

Skills & Experience Must-Have : Exceptional command of written English, especially American English.
10+ years in social media marketing (organic + paid).
Minimum 3 years managing US SMB social content and ads.
Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving ability.
Hands-on with tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads.
Nice-to-Have : Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
Experience managing campaigns for 30–50 US businesses across industries.
