Role Overview :

As part of our Research Delivery Team (RDT), you will lead and manage end-to-end healthcare research projects, ensuring client satisfaction, quality deliverables, and team growth.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex problems, managing people, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced research environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor researchers on qualitative and quantitative studies.

Conduct and moderate interviews with global healthcare professionals.

Manage project planning, execution, and delivery with precision.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication.

Collaborate across departments for seamless execution.

Drive team performance and adherence to processes, targets, and timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Life Sciences or MBA (Healthcare)

Experience :

Assistant Manager – 3 to 4 years

Manager – 5 to 7 years

Senior Manager – 8+ years

Skills & Competencies :

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Proficiency in Primary & Secondary Market Research

Leadership and team management experience

Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities

Effective client handling and problem-solving skills
